Cool tune, I like the songwriting/lyrics off the bat. Yup serious rock jammers in there. It would suck if the sun exploded. I hope that doesn't happen. I would cry like a little girl. Actually don't laugh but this would be a great song to use if they ever made a movie about my old high school. That was a fuckin' wasteland too, in New Jersey no less.
It means certain death.
Seriously bro(s), enjoyed the tune!

cool vibe for sure... but there are a little too many things that kind of bug me for me to get into it. the percussion is super over the top in the high frequency area... i mean, i have the same battles. makes it more clear... clears up the mud. but at a certain point i think it hurts it, because it starts to really make the track feel flstudio. overly digital. the other things are that the vocals have the same distortion over them through the track. the lyrics also seem a little amateur. for a topic like this, i think it pays to get a little deeper/abstract.
i think you guys did really good. i just felt obligated to bring some criticism after all the good stuff the better you get, the more room for messups. tis the way it goes, so don't take it like i am being overly hard on you.
good job guys.

With huge respect for both artists in this collaboration I am happy to say this song is shit hot!!
Excellent lyrics that are darn catchy. The world is a bit of a wasteland even now fuck eh! The way some people treat it...may come to an end sooner than we think.

I didn't think anyone could sing OVER music... I am happy to report that you did just that. I think this worked well, but somehow I think I'm missing a little bit of bass in there. Course, I'm listening on a pair of crappy headphones and one of my kitties chewed through the wire this afternoon. Maybe it's not a good idea to use these any more at all. But this works very well... so congrats, both of you-- wherever that slacker Brady is!

Hey thanks John for giving me such subtle hint towards this tune
I like it! Great arrangement and I like the vocal melodies and tricks that I didn't know you had. Oh, I know I haven't listened to much of your stuff but this is by far the best I have heard. Great collab, really nice arrangement. Did I mention that already? Oh, yeah I did. I love the bass and the drums big time. The only thing bothering me a little bit is your tendency to move too close to the mic at times. I'm a picky perfectionist hen it comes to that so forgive me my pickiness.
...
Great job on this.
2012.

phukin great tune guys. i'm a deadraven fan from way back, and a new fan of realmedia (brad and john) and you two have brought the best of both together in a fantastic way. underspoken lyrics, really, but i am like bowillie, pretty impressed with the whole 2012, mayan, nostradomus thing. and the climate crap - we've certainly all been villians in the wasteland, that's why the blindness. great, kick-ass rockin tune guys
